Role overview

We are looking for AUTOSAR Software Developers to join our automotive software development team. Depending on the candidate's experience and technical background, the role will focus on either AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in C/C++, embedded software development and automotive software engineering. experience in either AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR is required; experience in both platforms is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, integrate and maintain automotive software based on AUTOSAR platforms.
Analyze software requirements and translate them into software design and implementation.
Develop and integrate software components, interfaces and services.
Carry out software integration, debugging and troubleshooting.
Develop unit and integration tests.
Help with software verification, validation and release activities.
Collaborate with system, software, test and customer teams.
Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews and knowledge transfer.
Work according to automotive software development processes such as ASPICE and functional-safety requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR.
Good understanding of embedded software architecture and development processes.
experience in automotive communication technologies such as CAN and/or Ethernet.
experience in software development tools such as Git and debugging tools.
Good English communication skills.
Self‑driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of modules/features end‑to‑end.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving ability.
High degree of self-discipline, quality focus, and willingness to learn new technologies.
