Role overview

Responsibilities

Specify tester requirements and map standard Bosch diagnostic text to manufacturer-specific content.
Analyse vehicle-bus logs, simulate systems, build test sequences and evaluate original-equipment diagnostic data.
Validate implemented content on vehicles, compare tester coverage across brands, report results and work with global engineering teams or dealerships.

Qualifications

Degree in automotive engineering and practical knowledge of vehicle systems, troubleshooting, service manuals and wiring diagrams.
Experience with automotive diagnostic testers and protocols including CAN, CAN FD, DoIP, UDS and J1939.
Ability to use analysis or simulation tools such as Vector or Samtec and travel when vehicle testing requires it; automotive mechatronics certification is an advantage.

Benefits
