Trách nhiệm

Thiết kế, xây và cải thiện phần mềm hoặc chương trình chuyển đổi cho hệ thống backend cho GitLab Duo Chat.
Phối hợp với các bên liên quan về sản phẩm, thiết kế, kỹ thuật và kinh doanh.
Cải thiện độ tin cậy, hiệu năng, quan sát hệ thống, tự động hóa và tài liệu.
Chuyển nhu cầu người dùng và tổ chức thành kết quả sản phẩm hoặc nền tảng đo được.

Yêu cầu

Có kinh nghiệm chuyên môn phù hợp về AI, backend, chuyển đổi sản phẩm hoặc phát triển nền tảng.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề và tư duy hệ thống tốt.
Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường remote phân tán.

Công nghệ trong công việc

Python: You'll work primarily in Python to build and maintain our agentic runtime: the Flow Registry, LangGraph flows, and the Duo Workflow .
Ruby on Rails: Working proficiency with Ruby on Rails, or a willingness to learn it, since a meaningful part of Chat lives in the GitLab .

large language models: Exposure to, or strong interest in, building on top of large language models, including prompting, tool or function calling, evaluation, and the failure modes of non-deterministic .

GraphQL: • Integrate Chat capabilities with the GitLab Rails monolith, including its GraphQL application programming interface .
